The inspections are aimed at highlighting the maintenance status of spaces and systems and the correct provision of services in compliance with the contract and the technical specifications.

The survey is normally conducted on all the spaces of the building and on the following systems: Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Heating and air conditioning systems, Lifting systems, Fire protection systems and devices, CCTV systems.

As output, a detailed photographic and descriptive report is given to the customer in which they are highlighted:

Any faults and defects of a maintenance nature present on the systems subject to verification.

Any breach of contract by the companies providing Facility Management services.

Estimate of economic budgets necessary to restore any anomalies found.
